Each Month we provide:
* Up to 5 hours of system administration per month. (2 of these: monitoring and security updates)
* Support for up to 150 domains per server
* Installation of custom modules as required by software (such as perl / php modules)
* Configuration changes as desired by customer
* Installation of operating system updates
* Ensim same-version updates (i.e 4.0.2-4.0.3)
* Log auditing for unusual activity
* Consultation on server configuration and upgrade selection as needed
# Initially we establish a solid working environment by:
Conducting a Security Audit
Install patches (known not to interfere with Ensim)
Update Kernel (if applicable)
Setup additional IP's you have supplied
Establish Server Hostname
Configure Name Servers
Update / Activate Apache 2.x
